The XP11000iH is DuroMax betting that gap can close without a tri-fuel flagship price tag, and the core number backs it up — 9,000 running watts, measured at 61 dBA, which is roughly library-quiet next to the DuroMax XP13000EH's open-frame equivalent.

That output runs through a proper 14-50R 50A outlet, so it's genuinely transfer-switch ready for whole-essentials duty — furnace, well pump, refrigeration, and a window AC simultaneously, with headroom. Remote electric start and CO Alert auto-shutoff are standard, and if a single unit's output ever falls short, two XP11000iH units link via an optional parallel kit for 18,000 running watts combined, without adding a decibel more from either machine alone.

The catch is fuel: this is dual-fuel only, gasoline or propane, with no natural-gas mode — for that, the Westinghouse iGen8200TFc and iGen12000TFc tri-fuel inverters are the pick, at a real premium. At 216 pounds it's also heavier than its 'portable' badge suggests, wheel kit notwithstanding. But for the specific ask — big, clean, dual-fuel inverter power without an open-frame roar — this is the only machine in the catalog built exactly for it, and DuroMax's real-world street pricing (well under its own list price) makes it a more reasonable buy than the MSRP suggests.
