The verdict
Champion's 4500-class inverter matches the Westinghouse on the numbers that matter — RV-AC-capable output, low-60s dBA quiet, electric start, RV outlet — and adds dual fuel, which no other value-priced inverter in this class offers. It's slightly louder and the display is more basic; for propane users it's the obvious pick.

Dual fuel in an inverter is rarer than it should be, and it changes the ownership experience: propane doesn't varnish carburetors during the eight months a year the generator sits, and swapping a grill cylinder beats hunting for a gas can at midnight. Champion got there first at a sane price, and the 100889 has been a best-seller since.
Trade-offs against the iGen4500 are honest ones: a few dBA louder, simpler display, no remote fob. Output on gasoline is nearly identical in practice. If you'll run gasoline exclusively, the Westinghouse's refinement wins; if propane is your plan, this is the pick.
